Short breaks from £60. Please note that the Polperro cottages are let from Friday to Friday and the Talland Bay lets changeover on Saturdays.
Dogs £10 per week per dog strictly by arrangement. It should be noted that dogs are not permitted on the furniture, neither are they to be left unattended for longer than the duration of an evening meal. They should be kept on a lead in the garden and exercised outside the property boundary.
The price includes storage heaters from October to the beginning of May.

Both the deposit and final payment are non-refundable unless the property is re-let in which case a £10 administration fee will be charged and the balance will be returned.
