sleeps 4/6 and comes complete with the coastguards lookout room, it stands
on high ground above Polperro harbour, giving unobstructed sea views. There is a
small open plan garden with space for one car. The shops, pubs and restaurants
are five minutes walk down in the village. The ground floor has a large fully
fitted kitchen cum dining room with pine dining suite. The lounge has a
comfortable three piece suite with bed settee. There is also a back lobby and
downstairs cloakroom. The first floor has a bathroom with a Victorian bath and
shower over, a double bedded bedroom with cot and the coastguards lookout room
(which is useful for storing baggage), is off the main bedroom. The second
bedroom has twin beds. Both the main bedroom and lounge have lovely sea views.
