Each cottage and apartment has pillows and duvets, but linen and towels are not provided. Electricity by slot meter. There is parking for one car with each property. The open air swimming pool and the award winning gardens which edge the National Trust Coastal path at Talland Bay are available for use by all occupants of all 5 cottages.

Polperro and Talland Bay are situated on the south coast, 20 miles west of Plymouth's Tamar Bridge. Polperro still has a small fishing harbour and the village is full of quaint cottages and tiny streets. 20 minutes walk or a 5 minute drive east of Polperro is the quiet unspoilt bay of Talland.

The area is easily accessible, with motorways or dual carriageway as far as the Tamar bridge in Plymouth. 20 miles to the west are Talland Bay and Polperro.

Both the National Rail and Buses have a regular service both to Plymouth and Liskeard. Transportation to Looe/Polperro/Talland can be made via the Looe Valley train link, local buses or taxis.

There are also flights from London Gatwick to Plymouth or Newquay. Sealink offer sailings from Plymouth to Roscoff or Santander. Daily flights from Stanstead to Newquay.
